Shipping Policy

Order Tracking – After payment is completed, the system will email the “tracking number” to the customer simultaneously with shipment to the third-party logistics provider.

 

Delivery Time

 

  • Goods will be shipped one business day after your order payment.
  • Our cut-off time is 3:00 PM Hong Kong time daily. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following day.
  • Delivery service may be affected by seasonal factors (such as major sales events) or holidays (such as Christmas, Lunar New Year, or Easter), and may require longer delivery times. Please refer to the announcements at the time for details.
  • No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
  • If customers require a courier to pick up the package at a specific time, please contact the courier company directly.

 

Delivery Terms and Conditions

 

  • If an order contains more than one shipping box, the third-party logistics provider may deliver it separately, and the delivery time may vary depending on the third-party logistics provider’s delivery arrangements.
  • Our company will make every effort to pack goods well before shipment. However, if goods are damaged or lost during transit due to the logistics company’s error, our company will assist you in pursuing compensation from the logistics company, but will not provide compensation.
  • Third-party logistics will only deliver to the address specified on the order. Specific time slot delivery services are limited to Hong Kong only. Once an order is confirmed, no information, including the delivery address, can be changed. Please contact us for assistance.
  • When goods are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer, the goods are considered delivered to and received by the customer.
  • We are responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Undeliverable goods will be returned to us, and the customer agrees and accepts that we have the right to cancel the customer’s order.
  • If the recipient entrusts someone else to receive the goods, neither we nor the third-party logistics company are responsible for any risks or losses involved.
  • The third-party logistics company will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods before the promised delivery date. The customer agrees and acknowledges that all shipments may be delayed.
  • We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, political factors, labor unrest, nuclear explosions, or war.
  • Recipients are requested to inspect the goods as soon as possible after receipt. If any damage to the goods is found that is not caused by human error, please contact us immediately after delivery to process a return or exchange. For details, please refer to Returns and Refunds.
  • In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
