By submitting and/or confirming your order, you acknowledge and accept our Shopping Terms and Conditions. Submission and confirmation methods are not limited to online shopping platforms, but also include orders submitted and confirmed by phone or email.

Product Information

We strive to ensure the fidelity of product images, the accuracy of information, and the accurate display of product colors, but we cannot make any guarantees regarding the above and reserve the right to change the above information without prior notice. All product prices and packaging are subject to order confirmation before delivery. As all products sold in our store are original imports, all packaging retains the original local packaging, including labels and product instructions.

Ordering

You agree to abide by our website’s relevant shopping rules and shipping fee collection mechanism. There is a difference between the time a customer places an order and the time the system accepts the order. Therefore, when a customer places an order, the system may still show that the item is in stock, but it may be out of stock when the system accepts the order. If the item you purchased is out of stock before the system accepts your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If any item sells out, we will not provide prior notice. In such cases, we will notify you by phone or email.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, customers cannot change the order details. Therefore, customers must ensure all information is correct before placing an order. Once an order is placed, we cannot change or cancel it.
